Staff feature: Meet our project admin

With that in mind, we’re excited to spotlight some of the dedicated staff members who are at the heart of our business, the individuals who keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and make our work possible every day.

Meet Kathryn Hoffman: Project Admin and Social Media Manager

Kathryn is an Atlanta native and University of Georgia grad who worked in multiple industries including hospitality, animation, and healthcare before joining Big Apple Services in late 2022.

She does a little bit of everything at Big Apple, keeping us all organized via multiple spreadsheets, inboxes and Quickbooks projects. Kathryn works with our vendors and subcontractors regarding billing, with our sales team to keep track of all ongoing jobs and billing progress, and even out in the field as our photographer!

Kathryn has been a photographer for most of her life, and her passion is wildlife and landscape photography. She loves to travel, and when she is not at the office, she can be found anywhere from the Georgia coast looking for dolphins to Iceland cliffs on the search for puffins!

She and her husband Joey (in Sales here at Big Apple) live in Decatur, GA with their incredibly spoiled pets, a dog and two cats.
