  • This is the most common reason we wouldn't be able to complete a job on schedule, which could result in additional charges for return trips

• Make sure irrigation systems are turned off before we arrive.

  • If we are applying material like paint, thermo, MMA, asphalt, or concrete, the surface shouldn’t be wet.

• Confirm the site is ready and clear of debris

  • We understand that we are sometimes a small part of a large project. Ensuring that the site is ready for our work is very much appreciated and will help avoid delayed work and return trip charges.

• For apartment complexes or shopping centers: Ensure tenants have received notice in order to avoid confusion as we close and reopen portions of the site.
